Beyond that, any other included file provides support for packages, license information, and development. It makes it possible for a web page or app to detect the visitor's screen size and orientation and automatically adapt the display accordingly.

You can set the width of one column and have the sibling columns automatically resize around it. You can size columns based on the natural width of their content — and much more. We use these to generate the predefined grid classes documented above, as well as for the custom mixins listed below. With Bootstrap 2, we added optional mobile friendly styles for key aspects of the framework. With Bootstrap 3, we've rewritten the project to be mobile friendly from the start. Instead of adding on optional mobile styles, they're baked right into the core. Mobile first styles can be found throughout the entire library instead of in separate files.
