The Gwagware Foundation extends its heartfelt congratulations to Alhaji Muhammadu Dikko Umaru Radda on his well-deserved appointment as the new Gwagwaren Katsina and District Head of Radda in Charanchi Local Government Area, as well as to Alhaji Abubakar Dardisu, the newly appointed Sarkin Muduru (District Head of Muduru) in Mani Local Government Area.

Their appointments, including that of Alhaji Muhammadu Dikko Radda, were approved by His Royal Highness, the Emir of Katsina, Dr. Abdulmumini Kabir Usman, following the creation of six new district areas within the Katsina Emirate Council, as announced in an official statement signed by the Emirate Secretary, Bello Mamman Ifo.

In a statement signed by the Foundation’s Chairman, Alhaji Yusuf Aliyu Musawa, the appointments were described as well-deserved and reflective of dedication, service, and deep rooted traditional heritage.

The Foundation also extends special congratulations to the Grand Patron of Gwagware Foundation, Governor Malam Dikko Radda, the First Lady, Hajiya Zulaihat Dikko Radda, Hajiya Fatima Dikko Umar Radda, and the entire Bare Bari Umaru family on this historic elevation of their son and the official recognition of Radda as a full District.

As the people of Radda prepare to witness this symbolic and historic moment, Gwagware Foundation calls on all members of the Radda community to unite and support the newly appointed District Head in bringing meaningful development to the district and surrounding areas fostering peace, unity, and progress for all.
