The presentation, held at the Foundation’s headquarters on Friday, 29th August 2025, was described as a gesture of friendship and solidarity, recognizing Hon. Shafiu’s outstanding contributions and dedication.
Hon. Shafiu Rabiu Safana, the pioneer coordinator of Gwagware Foundation in Safana LGA and now Katsina Zonal Vice Chairman, was celebrated for his consistent service, leadership, and commitment to advancing the vision of the Foundation.
In his remarks, the Chairman of Gwagware Foundation, Alh. Yusuf Ali Musawa, commended the Safana LGA Chairman for his generosity and unwavering support. He emphasized that the gesture will further strengthen the Foundation’s mission of promoting social development and humanitarian services across Katsina State.
Responding, Hon. Shafiu Rabiu Safana expressed deep gratitude to Hon. Abdullahi Sani Safana, describing the donation as a symbol of friendship and encouragement that will inspire him to continue serving the Foundation and the people of Safana LGA.
